Within your first 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your return no questions asked. At your request, we will either:

  • Replace or exchange the merchandise, or
  • Credit the purchase price to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, check, amazon.com or PayPal account)
  • Please note: We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

What appliances does Folica repair or replace?

As an added service to you, if you purchased your appliance from Folica.com, we will honor your manufacturer? warranty - eliminating your inconvenience and higher expense of contacting the manufacturer. That means appliances may be returned directly to Folica for replacement! If we no longer carry the item you are returning, we will contact you for your preferences for a suitable replacement.

PLEASE NOTE: Only purchases made through Folica.com can be returned. We do not accept any return requests for purchases made through other retailers

How long are products covered under warranty?

Typical warranty periods are 1 year from date of purchase.

For your convenience, listed below are appliances with warranty periods longer than 1 year.

How do I exercise my warranty?

Exercising warranties at Folica.com is easy! Just give us a call between 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday or email us anytime. Please provide the following information:

  • Your name (as it appears on your credit card or folica.com account)
  • Your billing address
  • Order number
  • The most convenient time and means for us to reach you

Our fee for warranty services are as follows.

  • Within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico): $9.95
  • Canada: $29.95 (US dollars)
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as countries outside the US and Canada will be charged based on the typical freight rates for those areas. Please contact our customer service department to determine the appropriate rates

While you are always free to send your products directly to the manufacturer, we have done our homework and believe you will find our fees are lower than most manufacturers. We provide this service as a way of saying, "Thank you!" for shopping at Folica.com.

What are the acceptable pay methods for Warranty and Repair Service?

To get your exchange or replacement on its way to you as quickly as possible, we will use your credit / debit card information on file to process your warranty, so please be sure to notify us of any changes since your last purchase.

Once your payment has been processed, we will send your replacement product. Please return your defective product as soon as possible to avoid further charges.

If for any reason within the first 30 days of receipt of your order you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return your items for a full refund.

Warranty policies vary for products returned outside the first 30 days. Please check your product-specific warranty terms or call us if you have any questions. There is a $9.95 continental US processing fee for all merchandise returns outside the first 30 days. Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are $29.95. Returns for all other areas should contact our Customer Service Department for details.

  1. Please complete the information on Return/Exchange form and be sure to indicate whether you would prefer to exchange or receive a refund.

  2. If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to carefully secure your merchandise.
  3. Address your package to:

  4. For your protection we recommend you ship via UPS, insured Parcel Post, or some other traceable ship method. Be sure to keep your receipt!
  5. When items are returned for exchange, your card will be credited and then re-billed for the new / exchanged item. Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to process your transaction; all transactions should be complete within one full billing cycle.
